Delete a document

1. Open LexiGrasp and go to Files.
2. Find the document.
3. Use its delete action and confirm.
4. Delete separately any copy previously exported to Files, Photos, email, messaging, a printer queue, another app, or cloud storage.

Delete a folder

Use the folder's delete action in LexiGrasp. Review whether the confirmation also deletes contained documents before proceeding. Export anything important first.

Delete signatures and custom stamps

Open the relevant signature or stamp library and remove saved items there. Flattened signatures or stamps already applied to an exported document are part of that exported file and must be removed by deleting or editing the copy separately.

Delete all local App data

1. Export documents you intend to keep.
2. On the iPhone Home Screen or App Library, touch and hold LexiGrasp.
3. Choose Remove App → Delete App → Delete.

Do not choose only "Offload App" when your goal is data deletion; offloading can retain documents and app data for later reinstallation. Device or iCloud backups may retain a historical copy according to Apple's backup settings and retention practices.

Revoke permissions

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, select Camera, Photos, or Contacts, and disable LexiGrasp. App Lock can be disabled inside LexiGrasp. Revoking a permission stops future access but does not automatically delete files previously created.

Subscription cancellation is separate

Deleting data or removing LexiGrasp does not cancel LexiGrasp Pro. Manage billing at Apple Subscriptions.

Delete support correspondence

If you contacted us, request deletion at support@lexigrasp.site. Include the sender email and approximate date, but do not resend sensitive documents. We may retain limited records where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution and will explain any applicable exception.

What we cannot delete for you

We cannot access local LexiGrasp documents, Apple purchase records, iCloud/device backups, contact records, or content shared to third parties. Use the controls provided by Apple or the destination service for those copies.
